UGC Coordinator

About

Elavate is hiring a full-time remote UGC Coordinator based in Latin America to source creators, storyboard scripts, run production shoots, and manage UGC content creation for DTC video ads.

Requirements

• 2+ years in UGC, creator or influencer coordination at a DTC brand or agency
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to read a script and storyboard it scene by scene
• Strong negotiation skills to secure rates, usage, and whitelisting terms
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
• Proficient in Frame.io, Notion, and AI tools like Claude/ChatGPT

Responsibilities

• Source and vet new UGC creators every week in the UK and US
• Build and update a database of UGC creators, tracking performance and rates
• Turn video scripts into scene-by-scene storyboards and visual briefs
• Coordinate high-production influencer and crewed video shoots with agency partners
• Review delivered video content within 24 hours of filming against project scripts
