Associate Product Marketing Manager – GRC

About

Mitratech is hiring a remote Associate Product Marketing Manager to support go-to-market strategy, positioning, competitive intelligence, product launches, and sales enablement across its GRC portfolio.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in product marketing, B2B technology, SaaS, risk, compliance, or related field
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, or Customer teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating marketing and sales enablement materials for B2B audiences
• Comfortable conducting market and competitive research
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve research, content creation, or marketing workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is an asset

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market activities for new products, capabilities, and feature releases
• Translate product updates into launch messaging, sales materials, presentations, and customer-facing assets
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including buyer's guides, competitive battlecards, FAQs, and objection-handling resources
• Use AI tools to streamline research, competitive monitoring, and content development
• Monitor competitors, market trends, customer needs, and developments across the GRC landscape
