Pritchard Industries is seeking a remote Proposal Writer to craft compelling RFP proposals, executive summaries, and presentation materials highlighting company capabilities for facility services clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years proposal writing experience
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience with facility services industry preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for proposal content
• Write and edit proposal content including executive summaries, project descriptions, methodologies, timelines, and budgets
• Develop persuasive value propositions aligned with client pain points and industry trends
• Create visually appealing, branded proposal documents utilizing graphics and visual aids
• Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy and RFP compliance
