Binance is seeking a Senior OTC Sales Trader to manage and execute large-scale cryptocurrency trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients, provide exceptional client service, and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in OTC trading, sales trading, or institutional sales within cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets in MENA
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in trading platforms and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Execute OTC cryptocurrency trades on behalf of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and partners with a focus on accuracy, speed, and compliance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Collaborate closely with trading desk, risk management, and compliance teams
• Monitor market trends, liquidity, and pricing to provide competitive and timely trade opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the OTC trading desk
• Prepare and present regular reports on trading activity, client feedback, and market insights to senior management
• Ensure all trades comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent client support and resolve any trade-related issues promptly
