Smartmark Limited is hiring a Sales Associate in Lagos to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, promote products, and support daily store operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales, customer service or a related role
- Experience in fashion, footwear, accessories, beauty, lifestyle or luxury retail preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy; familiarity with POS systems
Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently strive to exceed assigned sales targets
- Actively engage customers and deliver exceptional customer service
- Apply selling techniques including upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain excellent standards of store cleanliness and visual presentation
- Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory reconciliation
- Process customer transactions accurately using approved POS systems
