Requirements

• 14+ years of legal experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal team
• Law degree at a top-tier law school
• Qualified to practice law in the EEA
• Experience advising on digital asset and blockchain technology legal issues
• Experience working with EU regulators and maintaining EU financial services and/or crypto exchange licenses

Responsibilities

• Lead the EEA legal function and work closely with the EEA CEO
• Provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance for OKX's European entity
• Represent the legal function at relevant Board and committee meetings
• Support business expansion in the EEA and licensing efforts
• Manage legal requests and advise on legal risk
