Legal Counsel

About

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Middle/Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team.

Requirements

• Ukrainian Language
• Fluent English (including legal drafting)
• 4+ years of relevant experience, 2+ in iGaming
• Knowledge of AML procedures is a big plus
• Fast learner
• A keen eye for detail
• Initiative and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters
• Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure

Responsibilities

• Build corporate legal structure for the projects
• Legal support for the projects
• Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents
• Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations
• Assisting with implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the projects
• Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions
