Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) Analyst (1 year contractor)

The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program, conducting EWRA processes, and collaborating with global stakeholders to maintain control inventories.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a compliance professional in a regulated financial services environment
• 2+ years of direct experience in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation
• Proven experience with prompt engineering, AI-driven automation, or fine-tuning workflows
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence/Technology including coding skills (SQL/Python)
• Degree in a business management, data science, finance, or economics field

Responsibilities

• Assist with the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) EWRA process
• Lead risk assessments of additional Financial Crime segments
• Liaise with Business Unit Compliance for Product Risk Assessments
• Document and maintain control inventories
• Produce MI/metrics for senior management
