Requirements
- Doctor of Law (LL.D.) or Master in Advocacy
- Warrant to practice as an Advocate in Malta
- Resident of Malta
- 5+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team
- Experience advising on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology legal issues
Responsibilities
- Support business in legal coverage areas including litigation, product development, and corporate governance
- Analyze and advise on legal risk of digital assets
- Manage license obligations and communicate with regulators
- Collaborate with product and business development teams
