Binance is looking for a Sanctions Operations Analyst to investigate high-risk sanctions cases and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, financial crime, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of global sanctions regimes (OFAC, EU, UN, etc.)
• Experience with sanctions screening tools and transaction monitoring systems
• Analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communications

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into escalated sanctions alerts
• Serve as the final escalation point for high-risk sanctions cases
• Document and justify decisions for regulatory and internal reviews
• Perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients and transactions
• Monitor and interpret global sanctions regulations
