Woye Group is recruiting 3 highly motivated Field/Sales Representatives to drive property acquisitions, off-plan real estate sales, and commercial lease agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years direct experience in field sales, real estate brokerage, financial product sales, or commercial channel marketing
• Minimum of an OND in marketing, business administration, mass communication, estate management, or related discipline
• Exceptional verbal presentation and persuasive negotiation skills
• High stamina for field engagement and professional dress sense

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage prospective real estate buyers, high net-worth investors, and corporate clients through field outreach
• Conduct physical and virtual site visits, walk prospective buyers through developments, and present value propositions
• Manage sales cycles from initial inquiry to final contract execution, payment verification, and documentation handover
• Monitor local real estate trends, competitor pricing models, and emerging property hotspots
• Maintain a clean CRM database and foster long-term post-sale relationships
