Staff Revenue Operations Manager – EMEA

Chainguard is seeking a Senior / Staff Revenue Operations Manager to lead planning, forecasting, territory design, reporting, and process quality across EMEA, META, and APJ regions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Sales, Revenue or GTM Operations experience in high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS
• Experience with multi-country territory design, quota allocation, and capacity planning (EMEA essential)
• Expert-level Salesforce skills including reporting, data models, and process design
• Proven record of running a trusted forecast process with measurable improvement in accuracy
• Strong analytical foundation and clear communication skills across executive and front-line levels
• Comfort with international complexity including multiple currencies, legal entities, and privacy regimes
• Willingness to travel 1–2x per quarter across regions and to the US

Responsibilities

• Support annual and in-year territory design, capacity and coverage modeling, and sales compensation for EMEA, META, and APJ
• Drive the forecasting cadence, weekly pipeline inspection, operating reporting rhythm, and funnel analytics
• Act as the operations partner to regional sales leadership and voice regional requirements in global Revenue Operations
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and the GTM stack while managing cross-regional rules of engagement and compliance
