Business Development Representative – UK

Chainguard is hiring a Remote Business Development Representative based in the UK to drive technical outbound outreach, engage engineering and security leaders, and build high-quality enterprise pipeline.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of BDR/SDR experience (or equivalent transferrable experience)
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within technical or complex organizations
• Strong writing skills for crafting personalized outreach
• Curious and motivated to learn modern software and security context
• Required to be a French Canadian speaker
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar tools
• Track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets

Responsibilities

• Work alongside AEs to map enterprise target accounts and identify entry points
• Craft highly personalized outbound outreach targeting developers, DevOps, and security leaders
• Research cloud environments, CI/CD, and container infrastructure to maintain credible outreach
• Qualify early stage opportunities by understanding technical context and risk posture
• Build converted enterprise pipeline focused on quality over quantity
• Collaborate with AEs on account plans, messaging, and deal progression
• Leverage Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and data tools efficiently
• Provide insights from buyer conversations back to marketing and product teams
