Datavant is looking for a Senior Success Lead to drive account strategy, customer satisfaction, adoption, and value realization across a portfolio of public sector and government clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles
• 4+ years experience in federal government or with government contractors and adjacent organizations
• Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value customer accounts

Responsibilities

• Own engagement and value management for dedicated government account portfolios
• Develop deep understanding of government partner strategic objectives
• Drive long-term customer value through product adoption, health, and satisfaction
• Manage complex programs involving multiple partners and contractors
• Surface customer insights to inform internal product and sales strategies
