About
The Recruiting Coordinator assists in oversight of the full recruitment cycle for Managed Review, supports employee lifecycle logistics, and ensures consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience with HR or Recruiting support and/or complex calendar support
- Advanced PC skills with high level of proficiency in MS Outlook and Office
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR systems strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end processes for Managed Review candidates and new hires
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Screen resumes, schedule and conduct candidate interviews
- Manage new hire paperwork while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
