About
The Director, Platform and Integration is responsible for providing enterprise solution architecture, platform architecture, and integration leadership across AIA's digital products with Salesforce and AMS platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer science or Data Analytics (Masters preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in technical architecture, enterprise integration with Salesforce and AMS platforms
- Demonstrated advanced experience with Salesforce and Association Management Systems (AMS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce Architect certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide platform solution architecture and integration leadership
- Design and guide integration architecture across the AMS platform, Salesforce, and other applications
- Develop scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable integration solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements
