M-Kopa is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to drive conversion growth across its Repeat Phones, Digital Lending, and Lifecycle pods.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing (fintech, telco, or e-commerce preferred)
• Hands-on fluency in CRM platforms like CleverTap, Braze, or similar
• Strong analytical ability to interpret funnels and cohorts
• Strong presence and communication skills to build trust across senior leads
• Must be located within UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones

Responsibilities

• Build and run multi-channel campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app) in CleverTap against pod goals
• Track funnel performance and flag drop-off points to pod leads
• Execute structured experiments on creative, audience, incentive, and timing
• Document successful campaign strategies into clear playbooks
• Maintain high data quality and campaign tracking standards
