About
QuickMail is hiring a Technical Customer Support team member to manage support queues, system health checks, staging testing, and AI support optimization.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to operate with minimal instructions and handle tasks independently
- Comfortable on video (Zoom, Meet, Loom)
- Working hours overlapping with US East Coast and UK time zones
- Knowledge of email deliverability, DNS, DKIM, SPF, and inbox rotation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Help Scout support queues for QuickMail and Mailflow
- Monitor support dashboard metrics, job queues, blacklist status, and fraud alerts
- Refine and improve AI support agent performance and write automated tests
- Test staging releases, report bugs via GitHub issues, and captain incident retrospectives
- Lead weekly team meetings and maintain KPI reporting
