Feedzai is seeking a Risk & AI Manager to lead a cross-functional team of Risk Consultants, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts providing fraud detection strategies and AI solutions to financial institutions.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Physics, Statistics, or quantitative discipline
- Strong background in data science, fraud detection, or real-time decision systems
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, data analysis, and Python or R
- Familiarity with big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, cloud pipelines)
- Experience managing technical teams in cross-functional delivery environments
Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed team of Risk Consultants, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts across client engagements
- Ensure delivery of fraud detection strategies, rules, models, and analytics
- Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions and technical action plans
- Guide integration and validation of real-time and batch analytics into client environments
- Mentor team members and manage performance reviews and professional development
