Product Communications Specialist

About

Binance is looking for a Product Communications Specialist to develop and execute global integrated communications for products, GTMs, and campaigns while positioning Binance as an industry leader.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PR, communications
• Experience in crypto, fintech, traditional finance, or consumer technology strongly preferred
• Good understanding of consumer financial and trading products
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical products
• Proactive and at ease in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute global integrated communications for product including GTMs and campaigns
• Position Binance and Binance products as leaders in their respective product categories through media opportunities
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure product messaging and campaign strategy and execution are aligned
• Support and troubleshoot product related issues, contain, deescalate and resolve public and user concerns
