A 6-month contract role for a student to support the People Operations team in Berlin with HR processes, payroll, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university
- Available at least 15h/week (max. 20 hours)
- C1+ level proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
- Berlin-based and able to work on-site 2–3 times per week
- Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity
Responsibilities
- Respond to employee queries
- Maintain Personio data and support payroll processes
- Identify ways to optimize workflows and leverage automation
- Support People initiatives across European markets
