Grüns is seeking a People Operations Manager to coach managers, oversee payroll, benefits, leaves, and employee lifecycle management while supporting HR platform transitions.
Requirements
- 5+ years scaling HR support on a coordinator/HRBP/HR Generalist track in a consumer or DTC company
- Hands-on payroll administration experience
- End-to-end administration of leaves (FMLA, ADA, state, STD, parental) and workers' comp
- Experience administering benefits enrollments, COBRA, and open enrollment
- Track record in employee relations and manager coaching
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for policy, performance, and growth coaching
- Administer leaves and accommodation requests from start to finish
- Own payroll accuracy across HQ, field, and international teams
- Manage end-to-end benefits administration and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Support Q1 2027 payroll, benefits, and retirement platform transitions
