Requirements
- Proven track record of turning leads into funded deals and knowing conversion rates
- Ability to build trust quickly with borrowers on live transfers
- Deep knowledge of mortgages to handle file structuring and real-time customer conversations
- Highly responsive, organized, and skilled at follow-up
Responsibilities
- Convert live pre-screened purchase transfers into funded loans
- Follow up promptly with online leads and AI-matched leads
- Build ongoing referral relationships with real estate agents on transactions
