Implementation Manager

Standard Metrics is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding, build deployment processes, and manage customer implementations end-to-end for top venture capital firms and startups.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or customer onboarding in B2B SaaS, finance, or consulting
• 2+ years leading a team or function
• Strong finance knowledge; familiarity with venture capital fund and portfolio reporting preferred
• Expert program and project management skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functionally across CX, Product, Engineering, and Data teams

Responsibilities

• Own the Implementation function end-to-end including strategy, processes, tooling, staffing, and customer deployment results
• Build and lead the Implementation team
• Set, track, and report on functional KPIs like time-to-value, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Design scalable, repeatable implementation playbooks and leverage automation
• Serve as the lead point of contact and escalation owner for strategic deployments
