IT Consultant - Solutions Architect - Cloud CRM (Remote)

A senior role providing ongoing professional service for customers live with Veeva’s commercial solutions, acting as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (e.g. CRM)
• Experience working in a customer facing and/or consulting role
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into overarching technical designs
• Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices
• Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
• Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external teams
