Turtles is hiring a remote Customer Happiness Advocate based in Canada to handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone.

Requirements

• Must possess a work permit from Canada, Finland, Spain, or the UK
• Proficient with G-Suite, presentation software, Slack, and Zoom
• Fluent professional English proficiency
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work 5 days per week including weekend or evening shifts

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries through phone calls, simultaneous chats, and emails
• Engage with customers to identify and resolve issues
• Complete follow-up documentation after each customer ticket
• Offer needs-based solutions to support customer success
