Bask Health is looking for a remote Client Success Manager to manage the full customer lifecycle, build logic-based questionnaires, and drive customer onboarding and adoption using AI-first workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Customer Success at a SaaS organization
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience with large- to enterprise-sized customer book of business
- Creative problem solver with a determination to succeed
- Highly articulate with effective written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Build logic-based questionnaires through the Bask software
- Help customers launch and upsell medications from start to finish
- Triage software and order-related questions and issues
- Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, value realization, expansion, and renewals
- Analyze customer engagement metrics to communicate value and opportunities
