Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable Internet connection
- Experience conducting technical interviews (data structures, algorithms) is preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform and evaluate coding skills
- Provide detailed evaluation input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, and technical answers
- Partner with Karat to test content, processes, and products
