You will be the hands-on operator behind our Workday work and a key resolver for our core recruiting systems, helping test and implement Workday for Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with Greenhouse and ChartHop
- Data analysis skills
- Project management skills
- Technical support and troubleshooting experience
- Process improvement experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Workday project team and TA stakeholders to document requirements, write and run test scenarios, and track and retest defects
- Coordinate user acceptance testing
- Validate data and process flows between Workday and other TA systems
- Be a first point of escalation for Workday questions and issues
- Resolve system issues that affect core processes in Greenhouse and ChartHop
