Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
• 5+ years of industry experience (or 3+ years with a Ph.D.) building and deploying ML models in production
• Proven track record of developing statistical and ML models
• Strong production-level programming skills in Python, SQL, and R
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and deployment of AVM systems
• Architect and refine machine learning and statistical models for asset valuation
• Establish quantitative frameworks for model performance assessment
• Build analytical tools for cross-functional teams
• Partner with MLOps engineering to enhance data capabilities
• Design data attributes and feature representations
• Perform exploratory data analysis and strategic recommendations
