The most senior technical individual contributor within a Falcon Complete region, serving as a principal technical advisor.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in incident handling and leading complex incident response investigations
• Deep expertise in attack vectors and threat actor TTPs
• Advanced experience in computer forensic analysis and malware analysis
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems
• Experience developing scripts and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to Regional Directors
• Ensure technical consistency and quality standards across regional operations
• Serve as a technical escalation resource for complex cases
• Conduct technical QA reviews of closed cases
• Represent regional technical perspective in cross-functional initiatives
