ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a growth portfolio, define multi-quarter growth theses, and lead experimentation to drive revenue and user activation in an AI-first environment.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of product management experience
• 4+ years specifically in growth, PLG, or self-serve product roles
• Direct P&L ownership at portfolio scope
• Experience presenting to CEO/CRO/CFO/board
• Track record of hiring, mentoring, or calibrating other growth PMs
• AI-fluent with a public POV
• Marketing-fluent (SEO, paid acquisition, content, lifecycle)
• Demonstrated track record of running structured experimentation
• Strong analytics fluency (Snowflake)
• Working knowledge of consumption-based pricing, credit economics, freemium mechanics, and PQL frameworks

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio-scope growth surface from first impression to revenue
• Define multi-quarter growth bets and publish a written POV on PLG distribution
• Run experimentation as an operating rhythm (8-10 experiments per sprint)
• Design self-serve paths and monetization mechanics
• Diagnose funnel performance using data
• Orchestrate across sales, marketing, and CS teams
• Multiply the team by hiring and coaching Sr Growth PMs
