Operational Excellence Manager (Last Mile)

Rohlik is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for Last Mile in Berlin to design and execute a continuous improvement roadmap, optimizing delivery efficiency, cost per order, and on-time delivery across sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational experience owning projects or programs in last mile retail
• Strong leadership and coaching capability
• Proven project management experience
• Strong analytical capability to define metrics and analyze operational data
• Willingness to travel 2 to 3 days per week across sites

Responsibilities

• Own the last mile continuous improvement roadmap and ensure on-time execution
• Build business cases, run pilots, measure impact, and scale successful initiatives group-wide
• Lead adoption of operational best practices in loading, routing, and delivery
• Partner with central performance teams and local site teams to coordinate initiatives
• Identify operational bottlenecks and translate fixes into standard procedures
• Document processes using VSM and process mapping
