Rohlik is hiring a Head of Warehouse Projects in Berlin to lead execution and delivery of major warehouse automation and intralogistics CapEx implementation projects across Europe.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale CapEx delivery projects in warehouse automation, material handling, or industrial manufacturing
• Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical field)
• Practical understanding of material handling systems, conveyors, racking, and G2P/AS-RS technologies
• Proven experience managing project budgets, critical paths, and multi-vendor environments
• Willingness for regular international travel across European site network

Responsibilities

• Own execution of warehouse implementation projects from kickoff through commissioning and handover
• Drive project plans, schedules, budgets, resourcing, and critical-path milestones
• Manage external contractors, equipment vendors, and integrators on-site
• Coordinate across Solution Design, Automation, Procurement, Facilities, and Operations
• Identify dependencies, manage risks early, and maintain structured RACI matrices
• Lead commissioning, testing, and operational sign-off for local site teams
• Provide project status, risk, and financial variance reporting to leadership
