Rohlik is hiring an Area Manager in Bischofsheim to oversee day-to-day operations across Outbound, Inbound, and Delivery while managing teams, enforcing health and safety compliance, and optimizing warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Logistics or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience managing at least 40 employees in a logistics company
• Fluency in both German and English
• Knowledge of project management
• Flexibility to work between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees and Team Leaders
• Monitor workflows, productivity, and quality to ensure operational efficiency
• Collaborate with central teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and internal policies
• Analyse KPIs and implement process improvements to reduce costs
• Foster an engaged and high-performing team culture
• Resolve operational challenges and build long-term solutions
