Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND qualification
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure and administer the learning management system (LMS) and virtual classroom tools
- Create course spaces, enrol participants, manage user access and track progress
- Convert training materials into interactive modules, videos, quizzes and assessments
- Provide first-line support for computers, email, cloud storage, printers and networks
- Maintain ICT asset register, software licences, backups and security updates
