Finance Manager

This role is ideal for a finance professional who wants to do more than manage reporting and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen financial operations, improve decision-making, drive profitability, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
• Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
• Strong understanding of internal controls, tax, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information
• Develop and maintain sound accounting policies, controls, and procedures
• Manage statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Provide insightful analysis of revenue, costs, margins, and operational performance
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Partner with operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency
• Strengthen internal control frameworks and financial governance processes
• Mentor and develop members of the finance team
