About

The Director, US Tax & Accounting will prepare and review standard US tax returns, manage client relationships, provide tax compliance support, and train junior staff for a fast-growing US-focused accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of US tax experience
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• Ability to work US Eastern-aligned hours
• CPA designation strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Provide tax projections, planning support, and tax notices
• Manage professional accounting and bookkeeping services using QuickBooks
• Serve as primary point of contact for client relationships and advise business owners on tax compliance
• Mentor, train, and upskill junior team members
