- 10+ years in security or software engineering
- 4+ years managing security teams
- Software engineering background
- Deep technical fluency in cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes)
- Strong written communication
- Executive presence
Responsibilities
- Serve as deputy to the CISO
- Lead, coach, and grow managers and senior engineers
- Own the security engineering roadmap
- Drive cross-functional programs
- Set and defend engineering standards
- Build hiring pipelines
