Customer Value Architect III

About

The Customer Value Architect III will own the adoption and value plan for a defined book of accounts, connecting Mixpanel's product capabilities to measurable business outcomes for customers.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts
• Track record of managing relationships across a range of stakeholders
• Ability to translate technical concepts into terms that land with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience turning product usage into a clear story about customer outcomes and ROI
• Comfort building and running adoption plans
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling
• Collaborative approach to working across account teams

Responsibilities

• Own the value plan for each account in your portfolio
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Run discovery on customer priorities and pain points
• Partner with Account Executive on expansion and renewal counterparts
• Lead enablement/best practices sessions
• Monitor usage and health signals
• Spot underused features and contracted capabilities
• Triage product questions and issues
• Build a working point of view on a customer's AI maturity
• Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations
