Eligibility
- Conferred PhD and started postdoctoral position by January 31, 2027
- American born, naturalized citizen or permanent resident
- Affiliated with a U.S. based academic or research institution
- Involved in basic research in life/physical sciences, engineering, computer science, or mathematics
- Commit to at least 20 hours of activity in support of women and girls in science
