Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Sodalis is building AI agents for specialty pharmacy operations and is seeking an infrastructure engineer to design and manage on-premise or hybrid deployments of their cloud-based stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering
• Experience taking an AWS-native stack and running it on Kubernetes or similar in environments you don't operate
• Experience shipping and maintaining software in customer-hosted, on-prem, edge, or embedded environments
• Experience maintaining remote installs with observability and recoverability
• Comfortable with ambiguity and setting initial patterns in a startup

Responsibilities

• Decide how architecture runs in pharmacy environments
• Adapt current infrastructure and build packaging/deployment paths
• Own deployments including upgrades, rollbacks, and observability
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to design for varied environments
• Partner with founders and early engineering team on architecture
