• 3+ years of experience as a product engineer, full stack engineer, or similar
• Evidence of customer empathy and business context
• Self-directed and comfortable leading projects end-to-end
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Travel at least quarterly for company offsites

Responsibilities

• Obsess over the customer to build pragmatic solutions
• Lead end-to-end implementation of features
• Design software that solves real-world logistics challenges
• Architect and implement core infrastructure
• Balance technical complexity with input from customers and operations
