Partner Operations Manager

Mecka AI is seeking a Remote Partner Operations Manager to oversee onboarding, hardware logistics, support, and performance tracking for global data capture partners in robotics and AI.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in partner/vendor operations, supply onboarding, business operations, or project management
• Record of running many partner launches at once across time zones
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Uses AI tools in day-to-day work to analyze data and streamline processes
• Strong interpersonal and practical problem-solving skills
• High degree of initiative and comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and agreements from approved templates and keep partner records updated
• Set partners up on the platform, issue devices and accounts, and conduct training on standards
• Manage device allocation, tracking, replacements, and returns with logistics teams
• Serve as the primary contact for partner support channels and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor daily performance, quality metrics, rejection rates, and maintain partner scorecards
• Own partner payments reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Build and improve operational playbooks, checklists, and tools
