- Fluency with Python or JavaScript
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and mentor a team of Applied AI Engineers
- Own the operating model and technical engagement strategy for Codex
- Guide teams in designing AI-enhanced development workflows
- Act as the senior technical escalation point
- Partner with Sales, Product, Research, and Engineering teams
