About
Stella Maris Schools is seeking a responsive and technically competent IT Officer to provide day-to-day technical support to staff and other authorised users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, HND or relevant ND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 year of relevant IT support experience
- Practical understanding of computer hardware, software installation, operating systems and basic networking
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for computers, printers, projectors, smartboards and other approved IT equipment
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, login and connectivity issues
- Install and configure approved applications, operating systems, peripherals and updates
- Maintain records of technical requests, faults, repairs and resolutions
- Assist with IT asset tagging, inventory checks, equipment movement and maintenance schedules
