JC International is seeking a serving NYSC Corps Member to provide first-line IT support and assist with the maintenance, monitoring, and operation of company IT systems and digital infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member eligible for primary assignment
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support to employees on computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and approved software
- Support the monitoring and troubleshooting of network connectivity and internet access
- Assist with user account administration, access permissions, and routine IT system maintenance
- Support data backup procedures and compliance with the company's IT security policies
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software, and related assets
- Document reported IT issues, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel
