About
Responsible for managing hotel IT systems, networks, and all Audio-Visual equipment to ensure seamless guest experience and smooth operations.
Requirements
- ND/HND/BSc in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Electronics, or related field
- 2-4 years experience as IT Technician / IT Support / AV Tech
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking (TCP/IP, WiFi), PMS/POS, and basic server admin
- Practical knowledge of sound systems, projectors, mixers, LED walls
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hotel staff
- Install, configure, and maintain hotel network
- Set up and operate AV for conferences, meetings, and weddings
- Maintain banquet hall AV equipment
- Handle guest complaints on WiFi, TV, and AC remote
