Influencer Marketer

ElevenLabs is looking for an Influencer Marketer to build their influencer program from zero to one, owning strategy, creator sourcing, deal negotiation, and measurement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a measurable channel
• Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X
• Fluency in measurement beyond last-click
• Sharp creator taste
• Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills
• Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally
• Genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape

Responsibilities

• Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up
• Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X
• Negotiate and structure deals and manage creator contracts
• Write briefs and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content
• Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches
• Own measurement and make continue/pause/scale calls based on ROI
• Build repeatable systems for program scaling
