About
AssemblyAI is looking for a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for sales, customer success, and marketing positions across its Voice AI infrastructure platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, focusing on GTM roles at B2B SaaS, API, or developer-tools startups
- Track record of hiring at volume (25+ GTM hires per year)
- Strong passive sourcing capabilities using boolean search, AI tools, and networking
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing CRMs like Juicebox
- Solid understanding of sales compensation structures (OTE, quota, ramp)
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for 5-6 open GTM reqs at a time from intake through close
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, and AI tools
- Conduct initial Zoom screens assessing role requirements and coachability
- Partner with hiring managers on calibration and running interview loops in Greenhouse
- Manage offer letters, compensation conversations, and closing candidates
